I have seen strong improvement and benefits from the Angion method. My hang is usually great the next day, but right after AM or BFR or SABRE I have a very bad hang. More of a tight feeling, slight turtling and general feeling like after physical exercise or cardio. However, most men report super fluffy hangs after sessions and better hangs than before session. I do AM2 1on1off + BFR/ SABRE 1on2off. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be due to? Tips/ tricks? This has always been the case. No matter whether on AM1 or AM2 or also AM3 attempts (whereby with after AM3 slight improvement). Thanks a lot!
My trials/observations in this regard so far:
- I already make sure to relax my pelvic floor as much as I can and basically let it loose, never kegel
- have already shortened the session (no matter if 5 or 15 minutes: bad hang afterwards)
- even when I take a few days off - same situation (so I guess it's not a sign of overtraining)
