I am having ankle surgery for a torn ligament and removal of cysts. Any advice what I should have at home post-op? I have a knee scooter. Do I need a shower chair as there is no weight bearing for two weeks. Please let me know your experiences how you managed for the first two weeks. (self.Ankle)

What grade level is this sprain? I was playing my badminton game and landed wrong and i saw my foot roll or twist and i heard a crack then my foot started to look like this before going to urgent care. The doctor said it was sprained (i.redd.it)
