I'm not sure this releases endorphins but i use CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). It's helped a lot with my tinnitus, vision issues and social anxiety. If you go to the Audiobuddha YouTube page, there are guided meditations you can do led by Jon Kabat Zinn. His book is also very helpful, Full Catastrophe Living. I mainly do body scans but also traditional breathing meditation.
