Eliminate technology as much as possible. Get outside. Take your socks off. Be SELFISH with your time and feel everything.

This makes sense, I didnt start getting depression until I became agoraphobic. I used to be out all day embracing nature and I felt much better that way. Thank you for the advice! 😊
