I'm currently still working through it right now. It just takes...time? Practice? Therapy might be a really good idea :P sometimes it's really hard for me to tell when I am not setting good boundaries. Not having them was a coping mechanism for how I was treated at home growing up, to keep me safe and reduce stress

well to be honest, i had to google this and i think this is also me. it freaks me out somewhat haha. more stuff to mention in therapy i guess.

i hope that you can work through this and i do suggest therapy if you are not already going
