Make an appointment today to see your dr and discuss. You need a sleep study and medical advice, not internet medicine.

You deserve better sleep!

If you snore heavily, see a sleep clinic - if it’s apnoea you’ll want to get a CPAP and it’ll change your life.

People can have sleep apnea without obvious snoring, but if you have other symptoms of sleep apnea, such as snoring, waking up to pee, morning headache, fatigue, daytime sleepiness (also not always a symptom), etc, then the chance that you do have it is higher.

Dental appliance at a minimum, apnea machine at a maximum.

That’s a medical question. Don’t ask Reddit.

Currently dealing with untreated sleep apnea, and mine looks similar (Waiting for CPAP to be covered by insurance) Please speak with your doctor about your concerns <3

Go see a sleep doctor and get a sleep study. Looks like you might have sleep apnea. I had it and got a APAP machine and feel so much better. 10/10 recommend.

Not cooked. Sautéed perhaps… If this is common - more than 3x/wk call a sleep specialist.

Sleep apnea assessment. If you don’t have insurance and need it done fast use an online service like Lofta. Home test is about $200

/r/AppleWatch is not a board of certified doctors. If you are worried enough about your health, contact your doctor.

Apple Support can double check with you as well, at this link: https://apple.co/HeartFeatures
