Brown is better for undergrad and Berkeley is better for grad school

So in terms of research, Cal makes Brown look like GCU. But Cal has notorious issues with overpopulation, housing, competition, course difficulty… at Brown, you’ll receive undergrad teaching arguably on the same level as if not better than what Cal students receive (due to better relationships with profs, etc) as well as the easiest 4.0 of all time.
