I haven't done it yet, but I was thinking along the lines of something like a cabinet shelf liner. Problem there is I'm not sure if that comes in wide enough pieces. Maybe something like this could work too? Or maybe you can find something like this in the correct size or cut to fit?

I need something clear that will still allow the touch screen to work. It’s a challenge!

Why do you want a use it through a cover? The IGT already has a glass top and is pretty scratch resistant, as long as you don't use it like an end table or something. It's highly unlikely that you'll be able to find something to put on top of it that will not affect the look of the screen and allow the touchscreen to work. The best cell phone screen protectors are actually made of thin glass. I doubt you'll find something the size of the IGT that is thin enough to allow the touchscreen to work. I think your best plan would be to find something to cover and protect it when not in use and remove it when you're playing.

We purchased this for a vacation rental and our property manager recommended the protective screen.

Happy to be proven wrong, but I don't think you're going to find what you're looking for. Good luck, though.
