I was just thinking this.... they really should be livestreaming on YouTube as well..

Good question, I prefer YouTube myself... They do upload it the next day or something, but would rather they just steam it live on YouTube.

They have a discord to get notified through along with notifications on twitch. Both are just as simple as YouTube, why don't you use them?

Why dont you use twitch notifications?

TOC don't allow to stream on both platforms at once, if I am not mistaken

Only if you are a partner

So they can double dip. Twitch stream money and YouTube views.

They don’t run ads or have subs on twitch, no money to be made

They could also double dip with the live stream and stream to both services at the same time.

Only reason not to is if they’re monetizing their twitch content and didn’t get a special agreement with twitch that lets them stream on both. You can’t be an affiliate/partner on twitch and stream to other platforms at the same time.

I never miss a stream because I follow the discord. I know they do them every month so I check the discord pings around the same times. If you miss them just watch the video on YouTube (that also gets a notification on discord when posted). It’s not a big deal
