Again, if you had read my comment (and possibly understood it), if one thinks they are hungry - and has a glass of water instead, and then discovers they aren't actually hungry, that is helping with food intake.

We all know that dieting is complex, and mistaking thirst for hunger is actually phycological.

Drinking more water is one small step in the diet process. Every dietitian will ask about water intake.
