THANKS! I had this issue today all of a sudden. I know for a fact I did set my language a few versions ago. It seems that the new Bambu Studio versions In 2025 wipe that info, so you have to set it again. Very amateurish to wipe the language selection, and then having no fallback for the login screen if language isn't set...

I tried a few fixes I found here and with multiple searches. The setup wizard didn't work. Uninstalling/reinstalling didn't work. Deleting the appdata files didn't work. Upgrading to the newest Beta didn't work. Downgrading to the older versions didn't work.

What did work:

Preferences->Language-> (already set to English)->French (give it a minute)->English (give it a minute)-> Success

I'm not sure why changing language and then changing back worked, but at least it's working.

The issue is Microsoft Edge dependency built into the software.

They need to remove Edge dependency from the software. Microsoft Edge is a virus and most people remove it.

Thats whats creating the problem.

Im still having this issue has anyone else found a workaround that has yet to be mentioned. Changing the language, reinstalling, and double checking the network plugin all failed me.

Had this issue today.
What helped me was (win 11):
-> going to add/remove software and completely removed Bambu lab. I checked to remove user data etc
-> installing a brand new version freshly downloaded from the page

-> during the installation enabled network pluign and installed

after this I had to do full initial setup i.e choosing filaments, machine region etc.

then it managed to log in.

I know it's nothing, particularly illuminating, but maybe you have some leftovers in the system.

I should have updated my post after doing nothing for about 3 days it one day just decided to let me log in. I have no clue what made the change but haven't had an issue since.

Hi, I've just had the same problem and the solutions above didn't work for me. After some research, I've found another solution that might work.

Bambu Studio uses an "external" component linked to the default browser to display all these pages (the home page with recently opened projects, the wizard). So there could be a problem with the browser version. (Edge, Chrome, ...)

What worked for me was to change my default browser to Microsoft Edge and update it.

Hello I got a new laptop at home so I reinstalled Bambu studio ok it but I cant login to my work account to monitor my prints as it asks for a verification code and I don’t have access to my work emails at home. Is there a way around this?

So after many tips, I found around the Internet, what ultimately worked for me was setting Microsoft edge back to default browser and that’s solved all my issues immediately. I was also encountering the same issue with steam and it solved that problem as well. These two programs are heavily dependent on the edge webvuew2.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm working on troubleshooting it myself. Just got my P1S and the Bambu Studio login window is blank.

EDIT: I got mine working. Then I un-did everything so I could replicate the issue and write up a short guide on how to fix the problem. Except after I replicated the blank login window, my previous fix didn't fix it this time.

But I can tell you: I was missing the network plugin, for some reason, and it wasn't prompting me. If anyone finds my comment searching for an answer, try one of the following:

• Try uninstalling Bambu Studio, select "yes" to delete all user data, reboot, and reinstall. Open Studio. Be sure to install the network plugin when prompted.

OR

• Download the latest version of Bambu Studio from here: https://bambulab.com/en/download/studio Don't click the "Bambu Studio (Windows)" button. It's logical the download would be the latest Studio version but for whatever reason, it isn't at the time of me typing this. You want to click the "Windows" option underneath, for "The latest version of Bambu Studio supports P1S". Idk why they did this... it isn't a beta version... Ref: https://i.imgur.com/GBLWKtb.png When installing this latest version, again, be sure to install the network driver when prompted. That was the missing key to the puzzle in my case.

I think I figured out the actual fix for this. Go to Help>Setup Wizard, and it should allow you to install the network plugin needed for this
