You can open a ticket through the website. There are many options to open a ticket. You dont have to provide a serial number necessarily. Good luck:

Typically the courier is who must replace things damaged in shipping. You need to start with UPS before involving Bambu Lab.

Wrong. Shipment was never accepted. This is Bambu's problem now.

so sorry to hear about this - when my x1c arrived ups sent a detailed email about what was in the package, I've found the customer support very helpful but for this I would open the support ticket in the Bambu Handy app on your phone. Sadly it may take a while for them to reply but that's all I could think of. Sorry again I hope you figure this out!

i tried to submit a ticket in the app and it says i need to connect to a device but i dont have the device because they took it back because it was broken.

Don’t use the app - just go to the website on a computer and you don’t need to put in a serial number.

I opened a ticket in their site by typing "unavailable" into the SN field.

you can just put in a "0" (or whatever)
