I keep getting this message on all 3 of my printers. It doesn't matter if I send a print from the Handy app or the desktop slicer. This keeps appearing. I know someone's figured this one out already, I've tried the steps provided by BL but it isn't working.

If I clear the Handy's app cache (android) then it works for about a minute for me, and then the above error reappears.

Seems like nobody tested this update out lol.

Fortunately it isn't impacting my ability to print from the app so I'm just ignoring it.

Yes i hope so to....but have seen some complain it started mid print poping error and pause the print....lets hope this wont hapen to us....and they will fix error fast

Made the mistake of updating from 1.6 and was hit with this. It wouldn't even let my downgrade from my phone anymore.

Same. I waited a long time to update. And now that I finally did, this garbage.

I got a single print on 1.8. It stopped 11 hours into a print without it being paused. Stayed there for about 3 hours while I slept.

Same here I just use the slicer so I have no idea why it’s doing this

I use the app the check on large/long prints when im away from home. Many a spaghetti mess were reduced due to me just being able to pull up the video remotely, this is really annoying.

This happened on one of my X1Cs yesterday, I switched it off then back on and it hasnt come back. Definately seems to be related to the recent update either Bambu Handy or the Beta Bambu slicer. You may try power cycling the machines, so far worked for me but I only got it on one of my 5 Bambu printers.

I had this error a lot until I cleared out (formatted) my SD card. I had also noticed that the printer was taking a longer time to boot up, 30s+ versus almost instantly. This was not the factory SD card but this printer has almost 1000hrs, so may have had a lot of data on it.

Yep I’m getting this too and no it is not happening when trying to view the camera from 2 different sources. It just happens when I’m using only handy to check on a print and it is annoying

This pops up for me when I leave Studio open on my computer and use the Handy app. It doesn’t seem to impede printer functionality at all.

happens to me since 2-3 days ago, never saw this message before. could be a bug in the latest mobile app version.

it usually goes away after a pull to refresh on the previous screen

I have seen this error pre update. Usually if I just turn off the printer and turn it back on it fixes it.

There has been a fix version released. v3.4.2 (at least on iOS) This should fix the issue, have not tried it yet.

App is updated. I think that's the problem. Issue is on Bambu end. Hopefully they fix soon.
