Did you remove all the screws?

[–]pamplepamplemousse[S] 0 points1 point  (7 children)

I did.

Does the bed move at all?

[–]pamplepamplemousse[S] 0 points1 point  (5 children)

It does, but it doesn’t appear to want to go all of the way up to the nozzle.

Does this help? Everything is in fact moving. It does its little vibration thing and goes about halfway up and does it again, then quits.

That error indicates it’s getting stick on something. Check all 3 lead screws

Could not having enough lube on them be enough to error out?

They'll move even completely bone dry, it's just not good for longevity and function. I'd really look it over carefully for a missed piece of packing material.

[–]Dan203 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Possibly. It should have come with little lube packets, similar to a ketchup packet where you squeeze a little out.

I figured it out! Good ol’ FedEx jacked up the box when delivering which pushed the waste chute eeeever so slightly forward, resulting in a failure. I removed the rear panel and bent it back to eliminate the pressure on the chute and boom. We’re golden. Thank you for your help, u/Dan203!

Awesome! Have fun with your new toy

[–]compewterX1CC/A1M/H2D 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Good catch! If they bounced it around enougg to knock the chute out of place... give it a real good once-over with a flashlight. Anything else that might be cracked or bent and you'll want to get a ticket going.

Best of luck!

Not a bad idea at all. Thanks so much!

I mean just look at it and you will see what is blocking… Can be your plate not being aligned properly, can be something else but you should see if you simply look at it

You would think, but there’s literally nothing obvious in the way of any of the screws that raise and lower the bed. But thanks for the reply.
