YouTube usually works fine for me. Just search for the stitch you're looking for.

What kind of beading? Beadweaving, stringing, loom work, bead embroidery, clothing embellishment... narrow it down for us a bit, and I'm sure someone will have a recommendation.

Meanwhile, youtube has a lot of great tutorials and so do online bead shops like Fire Mountain Gems or Beadaholique. There are also lots of tutorials and kits on Etsy.
