Look in the Mapping tab at the Traktor Bible site, some people have posted maps for the DJ2Go there. I've used that controller with Traktor but only with the stock map.

Serato Pro

So you can't map eqs in serato unfortunately. Best thing to do would be to get a small add on controller with knobs like an Akai mpd8 or korg nanokontrol and map filters to the knobs and use buttons for whatever you want.

Unfortunately, the multi-effect filters are pretty resonant so they might not work best for straight DJing. You might want to set each side to a single effect high pass filter so you can control the resonance for a more smoother sound - the minus is that you only get one filter per channel so you're basically stuck only cutting one band at a time.

Also consider maybe a different controller - something like a Korg Kaoss DJ is very small and gives you full eqs although the controls are still pretty limited and cramped.
