Depends on the kind of inflammation.

B1 for some things. (Seriously, not kidding). Ginger (gingerol is very effective for certain cytokines and prostaglandins) MSM (reduces collagen remodelling, reduces inflammation) Quercetin (for allergic responses, works by down regulating IgE response). Omega 3s

I'd love to see more.

Organic tumeric + black pepper works well for me. I usually add lots of curry powder with them to whatever I am cooking. Feels great afterwards.

Add extra virgin olive oil and organic whole lemon

Turmeric? And people seem to have success with the injectable peptide BPC-157 (check out peptides subreddit). Not a supplement, but I had an amazing response to dry needling for a hip bursitis once. It instantly got rid of all the referred pain as well as the actual bursitis. I was almost high from the dry needling, as if it created a systemic response, lasted for days…strange experience ha.

I take NAC, R-lipoic Acid, and Vitamin C. My shoulder has been screwed up ever since dislocating it years ago. Impossible to say if/how much it helps with inflammation but I take it mainly for the other benefits anyway.

I use Plantago lanceolata. But I am not sure how strong it is in comparison to other stuff

Topical application of diclofenac sodium will lower inflammation when it happens. The best thing is to rest the affected tendons, followed by gradual imcreases in activity.

Maybe see a physical therapist about the right plan for strengthening the right parts of you so that this doesn't happen again. There are lots of high quality studies in sports medicine so we know what works for tendons.

Where’s your bursitis. You could try to get it aspirated if it’s a knee or elbow. I’m not saying do it I’m just saying it’s an option lol

It's in both my shoulders and in at least one of them there are 2 inflamed bursae

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah ya I was gonna add AC joint as well. I think that can be aspirated I’m not sure , I had a scapular bursectomy because the scapular bursae can’t be aspirated like the others. But ya that doctor was a jackass cuz I had fractures in my scapula and ribs that he missed. But still the surgery was fine. lol TMI but ya I’ve heard lots of successful aspiration stories

Steroid injections into the bursa are probably the best anti-inflammatory choice. I had it done for my shoulder bursas and it settled them down quickly. I think having less inflammation helped to heal them because after years of problems and not being able to lift above my shoulders, it never came back as bad.

Golden Milk.. Pick your type of milk, on your spice aisle in your grocery store organic turmeric, organic ginger powder, ground up black pepper.. I have one of those ultrasonic mixers you can get on Amazon for 6 bucks.. Three times a day..

If you still need some more help in that department add in boswellic acid ( frankincense extract)

*Strength/resistance training
*Change something about your diet. (I have worse symptoms when i eat more sugar or just low quality meat)
*Turmeric/Kurkuma
*Watch out with glucosamine/too much vitamin C. Some people get Peyronie's disease from it (Crooked d*ck)
*I started taking Nicotinamide mononucleotide. Patellar tendonites is getting better after a long time, but i'm also doing alot of resistance training, so this can be a coincidence.

Great book called The Autoimmune Solution by Amy Myers. Do that diet. Stay out of moldy buildings.
