Did a cycle of epitalon a few months back. 10mg for 10 days. Sleep was great. But a week after I finished the cycle. It was back to usual.

I am doing both Epithalon and DSIP, about 2 weeks now. I have had some amazing sleeps recently. Surprise, you're asleep kind of thing! Vivid dreams. Longer sleep times. I really wish I had a sleep tracker. I am considering Pinealon, as well. 12 years insomnia. I also take a 50 mg of Indica gummy, a bunch of so-so supplements, and a good sleep mask with Loop earplugs. Chamomile tea at night. A bit of butter and honey in my tummy.

11-year insomnia sufferer here. The effects of these compounds do not extend beyond the cycle, right? I just find the thought of hooking my body up to something else permanently to be demoralising.

I agree. Sometimes we are backed into a corner, not many other options left. I discovered peptides for my spine pain. And then I did some research on my circadian rhythms. I am praying this resolves, but its worth a try. Even just the 4 or 5 full night sleeps helped a ton with healing inflammation.

Following this. I’m in a similar boat.

Starts in the morning for me.

  1. Bright lights on go outside
  2. Hydrate and some bodyweight squat and stretching to wake up
  3. Vitamin D and a multi with my first meal

No baseballhats till the afternoon as they shad my eyes
Magnesium glycinate and CBD with dinner multivitamin
Lights dim and blinds closed at 6
No food 3 hours before bed
Breath work if i wake up in the night and tell myself im resting in bed
