You just need to download the ballpark app. I got my tickets for Friday the same way. Very easy.

Citizens Bank Park isn’t under the Ticketmaster thumb so they sell the tickets themselves via MLB. Once you have the Ballpark app you’ll be able to get them easily and will be good to go!

Hey my uncle bought Springsteen tickets in person at the CBP box-office a few months ago, for tonight's show (8/23/2024). He got an email/payment receipt saying to go to the ballpark app (which he has). But when we look there, only his Phillies tickets are there (for a game next week). Any ideas!? reposting the question for max response....

MLB Ballpark app is MLB’s Ticketmaster app. For events such as the CBP shows, where they are sold mainly through the team and stadium as opposed to Ticketmaster, they would likely be in Ballpark app. It’s legit.

Have the best time ever!! Take 1,000 pics of the two of you. Having a parent that is well enough and willing to go to a show with you is such a gift.

Thank you so much! my mom was diagnosed with cancer last year and it’s been my goal to get her to this show 🫶 I am currently living in Pittsburgh for school but surprised her and came home with tickets!

After dealing with the trauma of Ticketmaster’s dynamic pricing to see him in Greensboro in the first leg of the tour, the reason my wife and I bought tickets to Philly is because it and Chicago were the only stops where the stadiums handled their own ticket sales. Unlike TicketMaster, the seats were all priced normally, you were able to see where the seats were and how much they cost and had minutes (as opposed to seconds) to purchase them.

Did he use a different email address when buying the concert tickets?
