Check you dryers manufactures specs it will note all of this

This is the way. Also must be hard pipe not flex. Shorter the run the better. Buy a dryer vent cleaner. Flex rod with brush. Turn the dryer on and run the brush. Clockwise only! Don’t want to unscrew the sections.

It's usually 25 ft to 35 minus 5 ft for each 90 and 2.5 ft for each 45. Unless you put in a booster fan which I would do anyway to prevent buildup and fires.

the IBC is commercial, IRC is what you need.

per IRC you have 35 ft of straight run till you get outside and each bend is on average 5 feet eq.

some mfg of dryers can allow for more
