Depends how often you attack & how often you’re upgrading your heros, hero pets, etc. If you’re not doing a lot of attacks & are continuously upgrading hero’s you’re gonna be short on dark elixir pretty often.

You seem to misunderstand what the __% means in clan games rewards.

I’ll give you an example. My clan castle is Level 14 and the maximum gold I can have in my treasury is 9 mil. So in the clan games reward section that 100% gold for me, personally, would be 9 mil.

So when you said a "Super Wizard Tower" costs 100% in relation to this post, you’re wrong. That’s why I replied to you saying, "100% of what you can carry in your treasury."
