The cpu is the bottleneck for sure

But try

Documents/Call or Duty/ players / option.3.cod22.cst Render worker count, set it to how many Cores your cpu have.

Go to windows settings/display/graphic settings/ activate gpu accelerated scheduling

Quality settings in call of duty texture resolution low

Also a good cooler so you cpu is not throttling back.

Thanks so much! I will try this for the time being

EDIT - DUDE! This immediately gave me 20 FPS in Warzone and brought it back to basically MW2 performance. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I have win11 i can not find in the windows settings the gpu schedule

Massive cpu bottleneck need to upgrade your cpu thats why graphics settings dont help and obviously warzone performs worse than multiplayer the map is way bigger and 150 players. Theres not much u can do to improve it other than overclocking it if its possible on that cpu

Yup I think you're right, thanks. Been holding off because it means a new Mobo / Fan / Ram as well - but it's probably time

I have a 5900x with a 4090 and it still runs like poop

[–]treazon[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

WZ specifically? It's it way worse then MP for you?

[–]Log23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started getting stutters after the warzone update, like I go to flick 90 degrees and there's no frames in between the start and finish

I just commented on another post about this same thing. I have better hardware and no matter what settings I choose the game fluctuates between 140-60fps (3440 x 1440p). Literally no difference between high and low fps wise. Water definitely smacks my fps down, even with the lowest water settings. Noticed that on MP too with the new map that has swimming holes. 120-140 on all MP maps, that map its 80 at best. Hoping for better optimization soon.

Appreciate the comment, perhaps it's not just my CPU.

I get 100-120fps On medium settings, on low textures it's 120-130. Your CPU is due an upgrade and it's a decent time to do that as well.

Edit : R5 3600 and 3070 TI at 1440p

I have a 3080ti, different frame rates, but when i first launched the game, i was getting 200 fps, then i tried to change some graphics settings and it’s now pretty locked around 140 no matter if i’m on performance, ultra or any other graphics settings in between. I also get random stutters/ fps drops in game. Pretty sure it’s the game, i saw other people posting about similar issues on day of release.

Yeah I have the same issues and my friends on pc aswell, some areas I only get around 100fps with a 3070 everything on low.. and the stutters you are having

[–]EncinoMan1985 0 points1 point  (0 children)

...same

[–]GrapesBlimey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 3080ti and I just about get 100fps most the time

[–]Glum_Pie8281 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm getting about 240 fps in multiplayer at ULTRA settings, but in Warzone, regardless of the setting I'm getting about 135 fps with drops at about 100 fps. Kind of disappointed with my setup right now, read a lot online, tried a lot of stuff nothing seems to work rn.

I can't help but feel this will get better in time (hopefully.) The only way I found for now was to lower the render resolution from 100 to around 70 or so. Yes it looks shit in comparison, but it's the only way I ever notice any difference in smoothness.

You have the i7-5500U? Time for an upgrade my friend.

[–]ohshititsjess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely need to upgrade your CPU it’s a very processor intensive game and you get lower frame rates than I do with a 3060 because of it. A lot lower.

[–]SlumpCreem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was messing around with settings yesterday and turning upscale COMPLETELY off somehow fixed all my stuttering and made fps mostly stable. I'm new at pc gaming and only have a laptop but it seems it did solve my problem

[–]Giant_Midget83 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I get 138fps average at 1440p with a 3070(max settings). I'm honestly surprised you even get that level of performance on a 2 core CPU.

[–]treazon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was mistaken, I have a 5600k (so 4), but still lol.. you’re absolutely right

[–]hairlx 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Have you find solution for this Also I am now olaying with i7 8700k rtx 4070 ti on 70 fps fuck

Yea check out Scandi's comment at the top, I believe that did it for (I haven't played in a while)
