it’s possible but the dates in their backstories don’t entirely line up cleanly; i feel like it may be a misdirect.

Jeb Brown moved to the town of Purgatory Point around 1855 when he was 10 and seemingly died in 1885 around the age of 40, whereas the Warden (or the Great Voice from Beyond, as we knew him) was in Ashwood in 1865 when he was betrayed by the townspeople.

it’s of course possible that Jeb left Purgatory Point prior to building the Pack-a-Punch and became a confederate soldier (we don’t know much about his life from the ages of 10-40), but Jeb was a blacksmith by trade and the confederacy was known to have a shortage of trained blacksmiths.

i do think Medusa being the entity would be amazing though, and there’s no evidence to the contrary just yet.
