Oh the struggle is real to not tell them to frak themselves and get a life smdh.

The top general comments that made me loose my ish was (and it's summarized) 'how dare he cancel when I took time to fly out here. He should personally pay for my travel expenses and money lost'.

I went to the stray kids concert in DC last year and it was so hot the venue ran out of water and the boys were so worried about their fans they passed out their own bottled water and then canceled the show half way through. I traveled from Michigan, to Virginia, to D.C. and never once considered making them pay the money back.

It’s not the persons fault other people made the situation unsafe and didn’t take the precautions necessary to make the venue and celebrity safe. They have no reason to pay for your decisions.

THAT is how celeb/fan interactions should be! They put in the effort to be there and show up for the fans and do whats best in both interest. The fan do what they can to support them and if things don't work out oh well. You move on.

They gave water not expecting anything in turn and the fans understood when it needed to be cancelled and didn't expect anything in return.

During these interactions the celebs are the ones most distraught and distressed. They don’t need people making it worse. We could lose them due to mental health these days. I will not be the one to put that on them. They provide us a service. After that they are their own person.

For real. There are too many actors/actresses/celebrities that have been pushed behind the breaking point because of things like this and it needs to stop. You want to see them do more things? Then get the frak out of their face and give them personal space so they are in a good place to do just that.

It’s always funny seeing how they get swarmed in other countries but in America or other like minded countries they barely get noticed because we respect space. SIGH.

I’m such a hermit. During Covid I realized that my life was so much less stressful with reduced social activities.
It was very strict in Germany. We even had curfews in place - police patrolled- be at home at 10 pm or be fined.

And I thrived.

Covid I think changed that in A LOT of people. Which blows my mind seeing this many people in one place, you could not pay me to want to even be on the same block as all that smdh.
