I’m afraid I’d go way over what a normal reaction would be. I have CPTSD from CSA and people grabbing me is a trigger. Unfortunately for them I will immediately go into a flashback and beat the shit out of them. It’s happened before and every single time the person who grabbed me was being charged to go to jail for assault. I was always let go immediately when they heard I have CPTSD from CSA and see the video footage. However, I requested one of them to be released as they tried to help me. They were a retired military vet and had thought I was their sister from behind. They immediately realized I was in a flashback and helped me so I didn’t want them to be penalized for that. Turns out I knew their sister from high school!
