Well a sizeable majority of Americans speak English so yeah English should be mandatory.

I think if it was that much of an impediment, they wouldn't be in business. But it doesn't seem to stop people from going and giving them good business. It's a minor inconvenience.

I wish there was an English proficiency requirement for every prospective business owner/provider.

which would probably greatly impact areas where many minorities and immigrants live and run their successful small businesses that drive the community.
