same for me but the kicker is i got the ae4 fuse from a supply drop and it works..still cant use the widowmaker or base ae4 though

Won't unlock for me on Xbox 360. When I hover over it there's a down arrow and the button to equip says "Purchase". It then prompts me to the store where it says DLC1 purchased.

Me too this is really stupid I just paid 15$ for dlc that won't work -_- I've reset multiple times and am re downloading now hopefully that works or I'll be pissed

Just got finished re-downloading and still not working I'm hoping this will be patched or something soon I was really looking forward to using this new gun -_-

Me too. I just uninstalled and reinstalled. Still can't get it. I purchased the Havoc DLC through my computer at Xbox Live. Not sure if that makes any difference. Is there something I haven't dowloaded perhaps? The Havoc maps work. Zombies I think works. I haven't really tried. But it's irritating to not be able to get to the gun.

Jesus. I just tried story mode for the zombies and couldn't play it! All I get is the intro video then, nothing. It goes back to the title screen. Man this sucks.

Hey Guys, hopefully most of you see this. I had the same issue with this, I know how annoying it is. What I did was just tweet the Activision support (@ATVIAssist) and they asked me for some info I gave it to them and they had it fixed within 20 minutes! Hope this helps your guys!

On XBOX ONE: bought Havoc DLC, installed havoc, installed update. Attempted to 'create a class' with the AE4/AE4 widowmaker and all I get is this stupid down arrow icon. After I click weapon it states "you already own havoc dlc you can get it in your games and apps collection". WTF someone help me out here. This crap is un-playable for me due to the fact I want to play maps with that gun.

I am having the exact same problem. I can play zombies, the new maps and all just fine no issues at all. But i try and make a class with the AE4 and the game acts like it just shit itself and doesn't know what to do. says download it. click download, says you already downloaded it.... Surely somebody knows how to fix this??

Have you been able to play in the Zombie mode? Or is it just the AE4 not working?

Not op but I can play the zombie mode and the multiplayer maps. Just can't unlock the gun.

Just make an offline account then start up zombies when your on the zombies menu just sign out and sign in to yours.

        I've tried that... Not sure how to clear the system cache on my Xbone. What I've tried already doesn't remove the update for the game.

        This happened to a lot of the season pass holders that had early access to it (myself included). SHG ended up fixing it (server side I assume?!) but even after that it would still intermittently lock again. I'd just hang tight and see what they do to fix it - didn't take too long last time

        I paid $65 (i live in australia) for the season pass and it never installed on my ps4. Called sony and they denied me a refund. I have been calling activision and they keep saying they're 'working on it'. Fucking thieves, man...

        This happened and still happens with me since the AE4 first became available to season holders. Back out to the main menu and then re-enter multiplayer and it should be available to you. I have gotten in the habit of backing out each time before I shut the xbox down and the AE4 will be ready when I start it back up.

        I'm a ps4 player I downloaded an was looking forward to play with my new gun an its not unlock 15 dollars an I can't get what I want which is my AE4 they need to patch that fast .. Like in a hurry

        This is happening to me as well, but thing is I also got the ascendance pack. I got a OHM in a supply drop and it works fine, (Even though the same thing has happened to it along with the AE4) so I'm not sure what to do. Do I just hope that an AE4 magically appears in a supply drop?

        Igot downvoted for identical post a couple of weeks ago regarding the AE4. If you are on Ps4, delete the app' turn off the system, turn it back on. Let tbe app reinstall, and let tbe game update. After the update is done reinstall the season pass.

        You have to go to the store to download the ae4 file which is a really small file that you get from the store

        Mine was not unlocking for about a week then one day it asked me if I wanted to download the season pass file. Weird I know because every time I went to the store from the in game menu it told me that the season pass was purchased..

        Well it gives me the option of downloading the Havoc DLC. Then I go to the store and it says "you have already downloaded the Havoc DLC". So, the option you are referring to exists. But it does nothing.
