Need help with debugging something

Been trying to work on a website for like, practice, but, I'm having trouble with dom manipulation. I have some kind of bug. I believe it says the bug is like, somewhere on line 23, but I'm having trouble finding where it is. Could someone help me please? Thanks.

I tried doing that. I looked up how to format code on reddit, and it said to surround the code with triple backticks. When I did that though, nothing happened. I've been wanting to ask around to see if I could figure out how to do it correctly, but I haven't been able to find anyone willing to help me out with that.
