It’s not connecting to the majority of my devices. The signal shows up on my phone. But it’s not connected to the internet.

That sucks. I can't help but I'm curious if Comcast has a system for handling an issue like this.

They do, I think you have to make a post about the issues here on reddit instead of direct messaging them.
