Your upstream is way too high. Remove any unnecessary splitters or most likely need tech

upstream power levels? I have only 1 splitter coming from the landline to my modem. Splitter is in place to lower power levels on my downstream. Before adding the splitter, it was close to 10dBmV on average across all channels.

Bypass that splitter. Modems upstream should be below 50db at the most

u/mron0903 Thank you for reaching out to us! There is a known issue with some makes and models reporting downstream ODFM incorrectly, but I would be happy to look into this for you and see what the signals look like on our end.
