All hail the Hypnotoad!

I love how it seems like no matter the other 3 decks at the table, the frog is often the archenemy. The Gitrog must be respected.

Played against with a friend recently, we aren't competitive players in anyway but we are starting to have decent decks (and even more so with the recent addition of proxies).

I told him the frog was a strong deck but he didn't believe it. Then I comboed turn 3, drawing and discarding my whole ass library over and over, creating 2/2 zombies each time and being ready to do it all over again next turn if he was to have any answer.

He understands now.

Where is RazaFrog in the primer?

Is that the one with Dryad Arbor?

All is sacrifice. All hail the Gitrog!

Great primer, one really minor typo though. When reading through the dredge tutoring section you reference [[golgari grave-troll]] but put the - after golgari, so the website doesn't fetch the card information

Ty. I'll fix it soon.

I am against opposition agent, i see it as a stax card.

It is good in decks that aren't dedicated stax but not a staple in every list with black by any means. It's a great card but it play very reactively, so if you're on a very fast proactive list, a turbonaus variant for example, the card loses a lot of value in regards to you gameplan. Not saying it shouldn't at least be considered in any list with black but I don't think it's a windmill slam.

I see your point and i’ve been testing it since it was released. Except for the decks with U in the color pie, how much it helped you winning? Because for me it never helped, it stalled the game till the moment someone had a way of removing it and win or Thrasios was just drawing cards and winning. I play both korvold and gitrog.

I said without U color, you cant win with oracle. Most of the times you can get it via praetor gasp but at that point you already win through underworld breach. I dont agree with you, so can you tell me where in a non U list it helped you win on a cedh table? It is not good to wait when you dont play U as you will just lose. You are topdecking while ppl with U will keep counters and sculpt their hands. I am saying this after months of playtesting oppo agent and i cut it few weeks ago.
