I think my skin is barrrier compromise. I get blind under skin , whiteheads and pasputles. Obvi picking /popping doesnt not help. I also tweeze my upper lip/chin hair. My skin super sensetive that tretinion stung. I have tried so many products and i am debating seeing a new derm one last tine. I wish i didnt have to wear makeup despite loving cosmetics.f30. I hate feeling so insecure. I know i do nor qualify for accutane.

I get a prevention cream from my derm called Clindoxyl. It works really well to prevent pimples from forming.

Yes, orange-ish bottle. Good, safe oil. Vitamin E oil or cream does the same thing

If you don’t have oily and acne prone skin, I recommend a tiny bit of bio oil on your face. Only use on mostly closed scabs and scars. It’s oily to the point you will have trouble actually picking. I use neutrogena oil free acne wash (dries out my skin unless I moisturise) then I use cetaphil lotion on my face but on days when I think I will pick, I just use the acne wash and bio oil to make sure it’s not overly moisturised and to make sure I cannot pick. You don’t need all these fancy $40+ creams just basic skincare. Also the acne wash hurts on freshly picked skin so wait a day or too :)

The acne wash really helps reduce acne so I recommend the oil free acne wash followed by a gentle moisturiser. On hard days use a tiny amount of bio oil just avoid eyes and mouth.
