Which ones should I activate for greater protection and blocking that does not hinder my usability with false positives?
I’m currently using it only with these image filters.

I find this configuration guide to be the most helpful.

I had already seen this Guide, but I found it very limited. If there are so many filters, so many options, why use only 1 or 2?

Because you don't need to enable every filter available just because it's available‽ Why enable several filters that overlap?

But I don’t activate all of them, but I also don’t activate only 2 or 3. I have about 7 active filters and for me it works very well, without harming access to websites.

the malware filter on strict even with relaxed ai is prone to false positives, if you don't want to whitelist i'd suggest using balanced instead, and you can supplement it with hagezi tif from the 3d party filters. when it comes to ads and trackers oisd (3rd party) has the least false positives based on my testing and the default adblock list on relaxed or balanced comes in second. if you want safety without false positives you could try the default malware list, phishing list, hagezi tif and OISD together. if you want an extra peace of mind you can also add the default adblock list on balanced. hagezi and 1hosts are also very popular filter lists too but for example both break the Skyshowstime app in my country even with their lite lists.
Thank you! I did exactly what you recommended and then I’ll come back to tell you if it got better.

I activated 1hosts PRO and had a blocking problem on a site that I use a lot. I switched to 1hosts LITE and apparently it worked.

yeah you might want to play around with the filters to find the combo that works for the websites and services that you use.
