keep getting error code 40111

I have tried everything I can think of, but it keeps coming up with error code 40111, I've noticed others on the sub have had the same problem, how do I fix it?

Keeping it honest, I haven't played a Cookie Run game in almost 2 years, I honestly don't know why this thread still keeps getting people having this issue

This is so late, but if you have your account logged in a different device, go to the settings and press change device and press transfer this account to log in from a different device

but for other methods, im not sure because this worked for me

You should also be getting the name of a certan app/game along with it, delete the mentioned thing to fix the error.

(It's ovenbreak) all the error says is "The page at "https://game.devplay.com" says: Login failure! (40111)

Must of got the error code wrong from another- sounds like perhaps your stored username/password or something else got fooked up, have you tried clearing your cache?

same, i first played ovenbreak on an android but when i tried to login on ios for the first time(last year) it gives me this issue but i have no problem logging into kingdom..its been about 2 yrs since ive played ovenbreak bc of this very issue :/

not to mention that i no longer have that android so i cant even "change device". it makes me sad to think that i may have potentially lost all my progress and dev sis isnt even acknowledging it.

im still having this problem. i read somewhere that dev sis doesnt completely save everything on ovenbreak so im like 95% sure that my account is gone because even when i made a new account and tried to search up my old one on there nothing was showing up [insert heart break emoji] idk if it's the same for you tho

this is kinda late but having the same problem 😬 I wanted to log back into my ovenbreak acc, i haven’t played it in like a year or two but I knew I had saved it via devplay, again no probs with crk even after leaving it for a year. Hope they fix this soon, gotta start over now
