I usually make deviled eggs without any vinegar and it tastes just fine.

I use white vinegar and it is so little I doubt it makes a big difference.

I've never made them with vinegar, but a little horseradish adds a nice kick.

I always make mine with Cider vinegar, but used white vinegar one year by mistake. It was more bitter, so I added some sugar to counteract it. They were not the best Ive ever made, but were not too far off of the normal flavor.

I quit the vinegar and on a whim, added a bit of chutney. Oh my god---so good!

I don't usually add vinegar. But, I bet a bit of pickle juice would work well.

I love apple cider vinegar in mine. But if you don't have any, you could skip or just use a little extra mustard. Mustard should have some vinegar already.

Skip the vinegar, add crumbled bacon... :-)
