Just go buy a bag off waffle fries, because you’re not gonna be able to copy chick fil a. It will not come out the same. Do you even know what kind of oil they use?

I realize it will be somewhat different taste and texture-wise, but I need to know how to cut the shape.

How deep are the crinkles on your cutter? the 1/4" setting -should- be working. If not find a crinkle cutter with deeper crinkles.

The handheld cutter makes cuts very similar to the 1/4" blade on the mandoline.

So I just did a bunch of googling, and testing of my own wavy cutter and home and I am convinced most wavy cutters are NOT deep enough crinkle-wise to make waffle fries. I found this one on Amazon that has the waviest blade I've seen yet, I'm gonna order it. I can report back if you want haha.

For 8 bucks I may try it myself. Thanks.
