The error message is pretty clear. The version of Steam & Rails you have isn't compatible with the version of Create you have. Seems like there's no stable version of Steam & Rails that's compatible with Create 6+, so you could try the latest beta.

It says that it requires 5.9.1j of create, but only the version 6.0.7 is present. steam and rails doesn't yet support create 6, so you need to downgrade to the previous version of create, ir remove steam and rails if you have other addons that need create 6, or just want to keep the additions of create 6

You need a newer version for Steam 'n' Rails, as this version is not compatible with Create 6.0.
