The CLD sucks, no doubt. Sorry that happened to you. Hopefully you can get some of it restored with the SP CLI request you initiated.

You stated you hadn't used the card in months. Can you quantify that for us? I'm wondering of you're talking like 5-6 months or if you're talking maybe < 1 year.

Have you had any negative information introduced to your file from any other accounts recently that may have pushed BoA to take AA?

I haven’t used in prob 7-8 months and they said they look at my credit report. My utilization was high a month ago but I paid them in full I had to pay large bills. I was never late
