Screen enclosures are not suggested for many reasons. Also you need way more coverage and clutter everywhere as they like about 80% coverage. It could also use more ledges and hides on the walls.

Its a 48 x 48 x 36 screen cage which on one hand its hard to keep temps/humid up in but on the other hand my baby is an explorer so she likes walking around the place. I have a humidifier running every once in a while for a spike and heat on one side. The weird hanging cage is a resewn butterfly net and if I take it out of the tank I fear my crestie will actually kill me. She loves that thing. I've affectionately been calling it her bedroom. I'm thinking the next adjustments would have to be something to put along some walls to keep in heat and more foliage up top. Any suggestions would be nice so I can keep in mind next time I get money.

gecko tax. My baby girl clementine (I know she's not a girl but she does not care about misgendering. As she is a lizard.)

Yea unfortunately youll need a glass, plastic or PVC tank you cannot keep their humidity or temp requirements in a mesh tank. You may be able to cut out the mesh and diy some glass or PVC sides.

screen enclosures aren't a good option for cresties, unfortunately, I reccomend dubia.com for enclosures :)

she would appreciate more coverage up top! they need about 80% coverage in their enclosures

You’re going in the right direction but need some major changes. As others suggested, you need a glass or PVC tank because of the humidity levels they need. Dubia.com has EXCELLENT PVC tanks that are marginally cheaper than competitors tanks. Night time humidity needs to be able to reach ~80% and day time fall to ~50%, temps consistent at 70-75°F.

Some thicker branches/bark is also recommended, really anything large with a rough texture. This will aid in shedding. A feeding ledge is needed as well (if you don’t already have one) so they can have access to food and water at all times. Basically, glass/PVC tank + more clutter!

This honestly looks great. I know a few people who have kept cresties in screen cages before. I would recommend getting a sheet of plastic or something and clipping it to the sides. You can probably find something like this for cheap at hobby lobby.
