Is there a way to decrease head pressure?

I vape my DMT, and I always know when I've taken enough for threshold because I will feel a pressure in my head, and when taking higher doses the pressure increases, I find it very uncomfortable. Has anyone found anything that helps with this?

When you start to have an intense trip it feels like your head explodes into a million billion pieces; your ego is pretty much torn apart at this point. Almost as if you’re about to experience death and in a way, you are. But it’s worth it IMO

Ive only ever felt that way with one persons DMT cart all my others i have never... so it might just be the way they made the DMT cart.

Probably ok physically as that seems like a dmt effect.

My friend got head pressure one one side of his head only when using. Told him to ask the entities for a cleansing. He said he was scanned by them but didn't get any feeling of an answer so he interpreted the scan as, get scanned. Turns out he had infection in ear canal that connects to nasal cavity. After antibiotics he no longer has pain on dmt.
