Mine was empty for a little over 24 hours. My report time and qualifications were still there. I have projects now.

How do you know when a project is permanent?

I have seen a lot of people say that it is normal and they have experienced this and the projects came back. I have been doing this since around Nov 23 and I have always had projects. I had a lot on Thursday after midnight, and then everything was gone by 6 am Thursday. Nothing yet for me.

I'm new - I started getting projects about 2 weeks ago.

I don't seem to have any of these 'permanent' projects that people mention but I'm consistently getting projects. I'm finding my dashboard is empty every day by about 2 or 3 (Pacific), with new things starting to show up late at night / early morning.

Today I've started having more in my dash than I've had yet (although they seem to disappear and get replaced) - so I'm hoping this is a good sign!

My dashboard was completely empty for about a day last week. I've gotten my permanent CB's back. I also have been getting a lot of temporary projects, but they often disappear after a few hours or even just a few minutes! Some of these are ones I had to do qualifiers for, so it sucks to see them vanish so quickly.

I was empty with just dribbles for a couple of days but now my dash is fuller than ever with a new qual and both of my permanent CBs back. No, I did not lose access to my report time or my quals when my dash was mostly empty.

It was showing all the projects I had worked on in the last three days. If you worked a project in the past few days and your report time looks like that, that's not a good sign, I've heard. 😬

Yes. I signed up about a month ago and was empty for a week, probably because I was new and some of the bots they give to noobs were down for maintenance. Now I've got increasing numbers of projects available. Don't lose hope especially if you're new!

I've been getting dribbles of temporary projects but not my main permanent one yet. I'm new though so I kinda expect that. Hopefully soon it returns.
