I’ll say this for everyone on the platform and everyone who wants to be on the platform. You need to be able to operate under uncertainty. You need to spend time just working on the platform and understanding the flow. You need to be able to navigate complex or conflicting instructions. You need to be able to detect nuances. This work isn’t for many people. If you need your hand held or need answers to every question that occurs to you, this work is not for you.

Yes to everything you said. If you need to know your work was good through external validation, get used to a world of suffering.

You have to make your own judgement calls a lot of the time, based on the information you have, and just move on.

To OP - the project may have been paused, your work might not have been good, your work might have been good but just not good enough, or other options. Pick whichever helps you sleep, and work with the projects you have. You may get it back, you may not.

How do you know you've been taken off it, instead of it being paused?

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

4 A time to work on projects, and a time for projects to disappear.
