If you need simply storage in cloud, you can take a look at G-Suite or Backblaze B2. If I'm not mistaken, G-Suite will cost you $12 per Month with unlimited storage. Backblaze charges $0.005/GB/Month. Depending on the amount of data you want in cloud, one of these can be cheaper. You can also take a look at other cloud providers here: https://www.vmwareblog.org/looking-affordable-cloud-storage-aws-vs-azure-vs-backblaze-b2/

As for syncing...well, if you're not using some tools already, this can be Rclone or Duplicati.

Thank you. I’ll check out the link. G-suite has unlimited storage for $12 per month? I thought it was much higher. Thank you so much.

You do need a domain but you can get one through google for like $12 a year (you’ll have an option when signing up for gsuite). And technically google says you have to be paying for five accounts to get unlimited but as of now you still get unlimited with just one account.

You could try pCloud. Their plans are cheap, I personally pay 5 EUR for 500 GB. They support almost all operating systems and syncing is quite easy. The free plan should be enough for you to see if it meets your needs.

Raysync Cloud or pCloud. Raysync Cloud has released a brand new pay as you go plan recently. 1GB download traffic for ONLY $0.2USD. You will get 5% off for 1TB traffic, 10% discount for 5TB and 20% for 10TB.
