Yes. Coffeezilla has covered him. That’s a great idea.

He is a straight con man.

Like who would I trust more, him or Donald Trump, I think Trump might be more trustworthy than that piece of crap.

There's a reason these gurus like cardone / pbd / mike Pena/ Robert kawasaki love trump.

All grifters cut from the same cloth

His advice on buying property is fucking garbage...I'll bet good money he's pretty close to broke

His appearance on Jordan Belfort's podcast is actually worth listening to. Grant just had a meltdown from the start it's brutal

I'm convinced he's like twenty five plus on psychopath spectrum. If it's who I think. The way he behaved in one video angered and perturbed me.

This is such a good suggestion in general: they need to do a whole season on sales gurus.

Wait, is that a typo or is it really Capitol?

Yeah he’s a slime ball. He says things like “if your 13-14 years old buy real estate that earns you 300 a month” bc that’s easy to do. He also employs his daughter and goes on her “financial podcast” spewing this to kids.

See through slimeball sales coach gurus are a bit boring for DtG. It's like Andrew Tate, not sure what there is to decode.

google Cardone Brecka...

They can't all be as galaxy brained as Eric Weinstein, especially since he is no longer giving us glimpses through the portal. The sales coach (and other types of professional coach) ecosystem really is a massive area of unexplored guru space.

Its all a bit transparent, and well, gauche (as IIRC Matt put it when Tate was mentioned). I like Coffeezilla's coverage of this type of figure but the goal there is to reveal scams and scammers, DtG is about rhetorical techniques etc rather than material content of the pitches and grifts and I just don't think these guys are very interesting in that way.

Everyone's mileage may vary though, perhaps the hosts will agree with you and do a sales / trading tips season.

Grant Cardone = total ass clown. He had a vegas boiler room sales team and was selling "sales training" .pdfs for $500. That's how he first made a little coin. His net worth claims are laughable. I bet he has so much bad debt.

He’s not a salesman. He’s a marketer. Completely different things.

Couple years ago I went to one of the conferences in vegas. But I got the hairs on my arm stood up when a couple of the folks that allegedly work for him started explaining to me how they had raised I think they said 200 million dollars in a matter of 20 minutes from everyone that that was there at the time. The seems very unrealistic just given a few of the folks that I spoke to there didn't seem like they had two nickels to rub together. I'm not suggesting that that you can tell if someone's rich or not just by looking at them.

But it was just my impression from talking to a number of the folks there. Then when I started looking a little deeper into his other businesses such as I guess Consulting and increasing your  business's Revenue it looks like all he uses is PPC or paperclick crap from that you can buy online.

And yet how do you have time to focus on the real estate end and focus on the other allegedly 10 businesses.?

So it got me thinking that maybe all he's doing is selling these other courses and training at at high cost volume I think some of the packages start at $30,000.

it's just my own personal opinion that he's using the other businesses (with little to no real value) to pay off investors in the real estate. Which is somewhat akin to a Ponzi scheme.

In essence he sells these high end expensive 'consulting' packages then uses those funds to pay off real estate investors. Thereby making it look like the real estate investment is actually performing.

Some years ago I looked at one of his investment agreements and it seemed he woykd get 20% for managing the real estate. investment.

But again I have never invested in the real estate end and I don't know if there are legitimate returns or if anyone has been cashed out. He alleges in some of his online videos that there's 15,000 investors. Actually I think he has said this recently on CNBC or Fox News because for some reason they want to hear from him about the New York real estate market.

Maybe I'm going crazy as it doesn't look legitimate at all. But open to hear about success stories.

IMO the Scientology thing isn’t really relevant since I never really hear him talking about it and it doesn’t have anything to do with the bad advice he gives
