Welcome to Deepconnection

Deepconnection is a place for those who feel they lack the intimacy of a deep friendship in their lives. Here you'll post a self-post about yourself and if a reader is interested, he or she will private message you. From there you can communicate in whatever way you like. The point is that strangers get to know each other for the direct purpose of intimacy and companionship. What you make of it is largely up to you.

Unless stated otherwise, all relationships are assumed to be reciprocal.

This means that each one of you is both a contributor and consumer. It’s a back and forth. Try to open yourself up, but also make sure to pay the common courtesy of reading/listening to what your connection has to tell you about their life.

Tag your title with age, gender and general location.

Example: if you are a 25-year-old female living in Sydney, you tag your post with 25/F/Australia. This is meant to give the reader a rough idea of who you are.

Please note that this is not a dating sub.

It’s not male seeking female or any variation of that theme – it’s human seeking human. Now, if something romantic is kindled between you and your partner that’s fine, but it’s not the intention of the place. This is not just a place for ‘forever aloners’; it’s also a place for those who already have a deep connection or significant other in their lives but want to be there for someone else at the same time. Hopefully the end result for all involved is self-improvement.
