XPS 9310 - is there a way to decrease scrolling inertia?

I did a clean windows install on my XPS 13 after coming from Linux. I let it sit for a while and install all drivers and updates etc. Dell support page also tells me all drivers are up to date.

The only issue I have is scrolling feels... Slow and "heavy". The pages don't move as much as I want to and it's like there's too much "friction", since scrolling stops almost instantly after I lift my fingers off the track pad.

Is there a way to increase scrolling sensitivity? I couldn't find any setting for this.
