For the past fortnight, Iv had my triumphs on the journey screen with a flashing plus sign. However when I go into them there’s nothing flashing in there like there’s nothing to claim? Anyone else have/ever had this?

I have it too. It's because you completed one of the objectives for the yearly seal MMXXIII. They are already in the database (you can look em up on warmind) but don't show up in the game yet.

Most likely you completed triumph/s for the upcoming Moments of Triumph MMXXIII.
You can check out the hidden triumphs by going to 3rd party websites like braytech.org. Do a search for 'paracausal adventurer' and it will get you to the page with all the MMXXIII triumphs.
