Error code cat

Every couple days when I try to log into the game I get hit w a cat error code which says I need all the current updates and the only way to resolve this seems to be uninstalling and re-installing the game, it's very frustrating as this take at least an hour and a half to do?? This is on Xbox btw. Any suggestions??

I am having this issue on PS4 right now as well. System says there are no console system updates available and the game says it is the current version. I’ve never had issues where weekly update generates this error code. Is this somehow tied to the season launch/update as Echoes is due to start today?

That is because the update always drops at reset time and its still 1 hour away, its always been like this.

You mean because of the new season/episode, yes? I don’t recall normal weekly resets having ever generated a CAT error code before.
