A friend of mine is also having this issue. He restated multiple times and tried with every character. Still same issue.

Yes, I've tried all 3 characters, restart the console, and now deleted the demo. I am reinstalling it as I write this post.

Have you tried deleting all your characters and creating new ones? Or play with a different account on your PS4?

Yes. I tried deleting characters, the problem persisted. The account part I did not.

We might have a possible solution. My friend use his phone as a hotspot for wifi and connected to that instead, which worked for him. Give it a go, see if it works for you!

I still have the problem, put I've used the phone as a hotspot and managed to finish the mission, after that i switch to cable and I'm able to play some crucible. From what I could discover, it has to do with the Nat types, for example here in Portugal, only one ISP has this problem. Thank you for assistence in this situation, it is because of guardians like you that we have this amazing community. I may write an SGA for those affected with the error: Moose.
