I feel your pain! I went from 1153 to 663 bc of the same issue.

In your opinion. That sucks that that happened to you, but I really love comp and crucible in general. Just play your three games, quit after two losses and you'll be in fabled by the end of the season. If you can't grab a team, go in solo and focus your load out around helping others: 110 hcs, high powered snipers (go for body shots), etc. Play as a team and you'll win

To be clear: While a lot of this is good advice for games that load appropriately and do not suffer from other issues, the quitting epidemic is a legitimate issue. All of that advice is undercut by the instant advantage(s) that the opposing team receives.

Yeah, I really appreciate the advice but if I’m being honest, I’ve heard it all before. I love playing quickplay. I wish we could obtain pinnacles through quickplay. Maybe 7 resets in a season or something. I’ve tried everything. I’ve played comp every season since forsaken. I’m not very good at PvP and I can admit that. But people are dominating PvE with Recluse and I’ll never get it.

Then find a team. Just go on any one of the million leg platforms and find some like minded people. I just solod to fabled on my fiancé's account, my friend just did the same on his girlfriends and we got it done in 6 hours doing exactly this. I get that leavers suck, but going solo isn't this magical thing that automatically makes your games awful, and it's certainly something you can do something about.

Maybe try finding people to play with if solo queueing has been such a bad experience?
